The EVSE supplied with the US spec B250e has an American 120V plug on it. It defaults to 120V 8Amps but can be set for 120V 10Amps. The car takes 20-30 hours to charge at that rate. A DIY adapter would be unsafe. OP Needs a 240V outlet and an EVSE with a matching plug.
